Ice cream is a dessert loved by people of all ages, from children to the elderly. This recipe uses healthy ingredients: pumpkin, soy milk, yogurt, and honey.
This recipe makes use of the natural sweetness, and is sure to bring smiles to everyone in the family!
Use of boiled-down sake adds extra flavor to the dish!
100g of frozen pumpkin |
100cc of soy milk |
100g of plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons of boiled down sake |
2 tablespoons of honey |
Step 1:
Heat frozen pumpkin in the microwave and when soft, remove the skin with a knife.
Step 2:
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. After it is smooth, place in the freezer till hard.
