Very easy to make but rich in taste!
A rich-tasting dessert that you can proudly serve to house guests! By adding sake, even sweet canned peaches turn into a dessert for adults! Additional fresh cream also makes it milder and creamier. Adding some lemon juice is the key to the refreshing flavor!
100g canned yellow peaches |
25g syrup |
2 teaspoons of sake |
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice |
1/4 cup fresh cream |
Mint leaves as needed |
Step 1:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, pour the mix into a plastic container, and cool it in the fridge. Mix it about every two hours.
*Mixing and letting air in helps the ice cream to have a fluffy texture.
Step 2:
When the ice cream is completely set, dish it up and top it with mint leaves as needed.
