Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association | JSS
The Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association has assembled a comprehensive introductory pamphlet to the world of sake. This pamphlet, “& Sake”, is available in the JSS Information Center in Tokyo. However, for those outside of Japan, a digital PDF version is now accessible for download!
The pamphlet includes a guidebook on how to appreciate sake as explaining the ingredients, each type of sake, vessels to serve and drink, different temperature (warm sake and cold sake), food pairing recommendations, and more!
Originally we first released only an English version. However, with the overwhelming feedback and reception of the first online release, we at JSS have prepared a localized version for 6 additional languages! These languages include French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
