A dalgona coffee made with nikirizake!
Enjoy the trendy dalgona coffee blended with nikirizake to not only add umami, but also create a smoother finish. The alcohol is burned off, so this drink is great for kids or for people who can’t handle alcohol.
┏ 1 tablespoon of instant coffee |
A ┣ 1 tablespoon of sugar |
┗ 1 tablespoon of hot water |
1 teaspoon of nikirizake |
200ml of milk |
Step 1:
Add the ingredients of (A) into a bowl and melt the coffee power and sugar. Then add nikirizake and create a froth using a mixer (approx. 1 minute).
Step 2:
Pour milk into a glass, and top the milk with (Step 1).
