1 green onion |
200g of chicken |
70g of daikon radish |
Salt, as needed |
Shichimi (seven spices), as needed |
Steps 1:
Cut the spring onion into 3cm pieces and cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Grate the daikon radish as well.
Steps 2:
Pierce the green onion and chicken alternately onto two skewers and sprinkle lightly with salt. Then grill in a non-stick frying pan. If the meat is difficult to cook, cover the pan halfway through and steam over medium heat. When cooked through, remove the lid and finish cooking over high heat for 30 seconds.
Step 3:
Serve on plates, garnish with grated daikon radish and sprinkle with some shichimi to your liking.
Tip: You can substitute green onions with different types of green/spring onions and use any type of meat in your fridge! The flavors will increase when the skewers are charcoal grilled.
