Let’s make an easy, tasty, and nutritious snack using scallops! Scallops are a versatile ingredient that can be simply seasoned and enjoyed as a snack. They also contain minerals such as vitamin B, and taurine.
The simple seasoning of butter and soy sauce brings out the flavors and makes them crispy and crunchy!
Seafood dishes pair beautifully with a wide range of sake, and this snack is no exception. This snack is recommended to be enjoyed with light and smooth types of sake, such as kimoto junmai sake, rich sake types such as junmai sake and fruity types of sake, such as junmai ginjo sake!
