Why not use pancake mix to make an easy, slightly luxurious snack?
The slightly sweet cocoa batter goes perfectly with the whipped cream and strawberries! You can enjoy the color and the strawberries inside the pancake mix make it a satisfying treat. In this recipe, sake is used to add flavor!
|150g of pancake mix|
|30g of sugar|
|20g of pure cocoa|
|40ml of sake|
|40ml of fresh cream|
|50ml of milk|
|40g of melted butter|
|Whipped Cream, as needed|
Cut 2 of the strawberries in half with the stems attached for decoration. Cut 4 of the rest into 5mm cubes and the rest into quarters, and pat dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cocoa, sake, cream, and melted butter, then add the pancake mix. Mix well, and add (Step 1) cut in half.
Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in (Step 2), cook over low heat without it burning, and when bubbles appear on the surface, flip over and cook over low heat for another 2 minutes.
Place (Step 3) on a serving dish and top with whipped cream and strawberries for garnish.
