This dish is both refreshing yet addicting!
Salmon is rich in vitamin B and other nutrients related to metabolism. This means salmon has excellent benefits to maintain beautiful skin and anti-aging properties.
It is both delicious as is, but is also great as a refreshing summer sandwich, perfect for welcoming guests.
The sweetness of the pineapple pairs well with the saltiness of the salmon, and combined with the lemon flavor it is refreshing on the palate. It also goes perfectly with cheese!
Drizzling the sake over the salmon removes any unwanted fishy tastes and excess fat.
|2 English muffins (140g)|
|3 slices of canned pineapple|
|20g of walnuts|
|80g of cottage cheese|
|┗ Sake, as needed|
|1 tablespoon of honey|
|A touch of chervil|
|2 slices of lemon|
Cut English muffins in half horizontally. Drain the canned pineapple and cut it into bite-size pieces. Crush walnuts by hand.
Drizzle sake over salmon, and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then pat dry with paper towels, and cut into 1 or 2 cm pieces.
Mix pineapple, walnuts, salmon, and honey.
On the bottom half of the English muffin, spread the mixture from (Step 3), and place a quarter slice of lemon, some chervil, and sandwich!
