Cooking with Sake: Melon and Amazake Smoothie

A smoothie that is easy on the body and filled with the sweetness of the ingredients!

Adding amazake to melon pulp increases the flavor. The GABA in melon has a relaxation effect, perfect to relieve stress during the rainy season!

Ingredients (2 Servings)

200g of melon (pulp only)
(A) 200ml of Koji Amazake
(A) 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mint, as needed

How to Make: Steps

Step 1:

Cut the melon into bite-size pieces, blend with (A) ingredients, and pour into a glass. Garnish with mint to your liking!
