200g of melon (pulp only) |
(A) 200ml of Koji Amazake |
(A) 1 teaspoon of lemon juice |
Mint, as needed |
Step 1:
Cut the melon into bite-size pieces, blend with (A) ingredients, and pour into a glass. Garnish with mint to your liking!
