A refreshing dish with the flavors of mint and matcha!
Low-fat ricotta cheese is made from whey. Ricotta cheese is known for its subtle sweetness from the milk. This dish is made with boiled-down sake, so that children can also enjoy it! This dish can be also enjoyed with some crackers or baguette!
This matcha mouse made with ricotta cheese pairs especially well with junmai sake and honjozo sake. The rich flavors of the honjozo sake and junmai sake matches perfectly with this delicious dish!
250g of ricotta cheese |
(A) 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar |
(A) 2/3 tablespoons of matcha green tea |
(A) 1 tablespoon of boiled-down sake |
Crackers, as needed |
Mint leaves, as needed |
Step 1:
Put ricotta cheese in a bowl and stir well.
Step 2:
Add (A) to (Step 1) and mix well. Serve in glass bowls or cups and garnish with crackers and mint leaves.
