A fruity dessert to enjoy during the changing of seasons! If you feel stressed with the changing temperature and weather of a new season try this recipe! Strawberries and grapefruits are rich in vitamin C, which has an anti-stress effect. Moreover, sake eases the sourness of the fruits, which allows you to enjoy a refreshing sweetness with moderate sourness. Why don’t you refresh yourself with this smooth and mellow dessert?
8 strawberries |
1/2 grapefruit |
(A) 1/2 cup water |
┗ 30g sugar |
┗ 15g honey |
┗ 2 tablespoons sake |
┗. 1 and 1/3 tablespoon of lemon juice |
┗ mint leaves as needed |
Step 1:
Mix (A) in a pan and boil until dissolved. Turn off the heat, let it cool for a while, and add lemon juice.
Step 2:
Remove the stem from the strawberries and cut them in half. Take the flesh out of the grapefruit and cut them into bite-size pieces.
Step 3:
Soak (2) in (1) and cool it well in the fridge.
Step 4:
Serve (3) into a glass and put some mint leaves on top.
