Cooking with Sake: Grilled Camembert

A colorful and nutritious recipe where the camembert is topped with avocado and tomato.

This recipe is perfect as a snack! The combination of vitamins A and C from the tomatoes and vitamin E from the avocado creates an antioxidant effect and has great health benefits! Spraying sake evenly over the top of the dish helps enhance the appetizing aroma and flavor.

Ingredients (2 Servings)

1 camembert cheese
1/4 of an avocado
1 mini tomato
Black pepper, as needed
Sake, as needed
French bread, as needed

How to Make: Steps

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 220℃. Cut the top off the camembert cheese, remove the skin and seed of the avocado, slice, and cut the mini tomato in half.

Step 2:

Place the camembert cheese in a baking dish, top with the avocado and mini tomato, and sprinkle with black pepper. Spray with sake in a spray bottle.

Step 3:

Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 10 minutes, place on a plate and serve with bread.
