Cooking with Sake: Fresh Spring Rolls

Add a new recipe to your repertoire!
A simple but hearty “fresh spring roll” for busy people! Simply wrap rice paper with store-bought burdock salad, shredded cabbage, chicken, peeled shrimp, etc., and roll it up! Adding nikirizake (sake with the alcohol removed) to the Tianmian sauce enhances the delicious flavors and also mellows out the spiciness. Also, sprinkling sake over the peeled shrimp and heating it will alleviate any unwanted smells that come with thawed ingredients. The colorful appearance and delicate texture of the wrap make this dish attractive and is a good source of vegetable nutrition. Why not add this dish to your repertoire of new dishes?
