Delicious and fluffy doughnuts!
This bite-size doughnut is very easy to cook and all you need to do is scoop pancake mix with a spoon and deep fry it! Adding Japanese sake makes the doughnut fluffy and soft. Also, it enhances the sweet flavor even when using only a small amount of sugar. So we recommend this recipe to those trying to cut down on their daily sugar intake!
100g of pancake mix |
25ml of Japanese Sake |
50ml of milk |
Oil as needed |
A: Cinnamon powder as needed |
┗ Sugar as needed |
Step 1:
Mix Japanese sake with milk.
Step 2:
Add (Step 1) in pancake mix, and mix lightly (don’t worry if some lumps are still there).
Step 3:
Turn the heat to medium and warm up the oil. Scoop (Step 2) with a spoon, drop it in the oil, and deep fry it. The doughnut will rise when deep-fried, so use a spoon as small as a teaspoon. Mix (A) well beforehand, and when the doughnuts turn golden brown, take them out, sprinkle (A) and dish up.
*Doughnuts deep-fried are delicious even without cinnamon sugar.
*Doughnuts are crunchy shortly after being deep-fried but fluffy the next day.
