Cooking with Sake: Chocolate Truffle

Enjoy each variety of flavors, little by little!
Today’s recipe is a colorful and vibrant 3 color truffle set you can make for festivities and celebrations! Coating the white chocolate with different flavors creates a wide range and combination of flavors. If you add sake you can make the flavor of the truffle milder and because it is heated, small children can also have this dessert!

Ingredients (2 Servings)

2 pieces of sponge cake
60g of white chocolate
(A) 1/2 tablespoon of fresh cream
┗ 1 tablespoon of sake
(B) 1 tablespoon of green tea (matcha) powder
(C) 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
(D) 2 tablespoons of almond dice
Your favorite color of chocolate pen

How to Make: Steps

Step 1:
Break the sponge cake apart into small pieces.

Step 2:
Chop the white chocolate and put it in a pan. Add (A) and warm it up in low heat. When the chocolate melts, add (Step 1) and mix well, then let it cool.

Step 3:
Divide (Step 2) into six and make them into round balls. Sprinkle (B), (C), and (D) separately on the chocolate, and draw lines using the chocolate pen.
