Having trouble consuming Japanese sake you received as a gift? Try out this recipe that turns sake into a sweet, easy-to-drink Sangria! The sake helps to make the sourness of the fruits milder and makes a delicious drink with a rich aroma and a fruity flavor. This drink is also perfect for welcoming guests.

1/2 pack of strawberries |
1 lemon |
1 kiwi fruit |
(A) 750ml of Japanese sake |
┗ 2.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar |
┗ 1 cinnamon stick |
Step 1:
Cut a lemon into thin slices, and then cut into quarters. Cut the strawberries and kiwi fruit into bite-size pieces.
Step 2:
Place the fruits (Step 1), granulated sugar, and cinnamon stick into the sake.
Step 3:
Let it sit in the fridge overnight then pour into glasses.
