The Nipponshu Sake Department’s (日本酒部門) mission is to collect popular sake as well as difficult-to-purchase and/or limited products from all Japanese prefectures. They have curated a selection of more than 100 different sake from all styles and categories to make sure to be able to represent the regional and brewery-specific differences.
