That thinly sliced beef in the fridge transformed into a luxurious snack!
How about treating yourself with a luxurious dinner? The dish is seasoned with everyone’s favorite flavors, mayonnaise and mustard, and finished off with honey to bring the flavors together. Once you have a bite, you’ll be addicted!
Add to your luxurious meal a glass of delicious Japanese sake! This dish goes with a wide variety of sake, including sake with deep and complex flavors, smooth and light types of sake and even fruity sake!
250g of thinly sliced beef |
(A) 2 tablespoons of mustard |
(A) 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise |
(A) 1 tablespoon of honey |
(A) 2 teaspoons of soy sauce |
(A) 1 tablespoon of potato starch |
1/2 tablespoon of salad oil |
50g watercress |
1/2 lemon |
Step 1:
Place (A) in a plastic bag, add beef slices cut into bite-size, and massage the marinade into the meat. Then leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Grill the meat from (Step 1) in a frying pan with oil. When cooked, add watercress cut into 3cm pieces, saute briefly. Serve the meat on a plate and garnish with thinly sliced lemon wedges.
Tip: You can squeeze the lemon over top as well!
