Enjoy a milder taste by adding Japanese sake!
Fruits are rich in vitamins, and cream cheese is rich in protein, so this fruit salad with cream cheese is sure to give you an energy boost! Adding maple syrup and lemon juice as an accent will make this fruit salad into a sweeter dessert! The additional nikirizake helps to tone down any sourness of the fruits and into a mild dish recommended for those who don’t eat fruits on a daily basis.
