Enjoy the rich and moist texture!
The holiday season is just around the corner. If you’re busy but looking for some comfort food, brownies are the perfect choice for you! It’s easy to make, and who doesn’t like brownies?!
Even though it is common to make brownies with brandy, some might find the aroma too strong. This recipe, therefore, uses Japanese sake to replace brandy. The moisture-retaining capacity of sake helps the brownies to have a moist texture, provides a subtly delicious aroma. Baking the brownies evaporates the alcohol, so even children can enjoy this tasty dessert.
