Founded in 1790.The sake of "Shunouden" is aimed gently accompanies happiness.As long as it is a local sake, we stick to local sake rice, water, and people.For sake rice, we stick to locally grown rice from the town of Fujikawa.For water, we insist on brewing sake using water from the Southern Alps.And for people, we will stick to utilizing local people.
