Japan sake brewery founded in 1750. Based on the concept of "local sake" that is only possible when "local water, local rice, and local people" come together, Japan sake is brewed using sake rice grown by local contract farmers as the main ingredient by taking water from the Oshirakawa River vein, one of the 100 best waters in Japan. Representative brands are "Fuurin Bizan", "TBirodo-no-Aji", "Kinu-no-Aji" and "Ōnakaya". In addition, there are many products such as "Yama-no-kasumi", a sparkling Japan sake that uses the secondary fermentation method in the bottle (the same manufacturing method as champagne).
