Since its founding, Dewazakura Shuzou has remained committed to crafting sake by hand, relying on the five senses of its brewers. Known as a pioneer in the sake industry, Dewazakura was among the first to introduce ginjo sake to the market, at a time when it was not yet commercially available in Japan.
The brewery also led the way in exporting sake, becoming one of the first to expand internationally. Today, Dewazakura exports to over 35 countries worldwide.
From our local community to people around the globe, we will continue to craft sake that can be enjoyed by everyone.
