Introduction

Founded in the early Meiji period.It is the southernmost brewery in Honshu, located in the center of the World Heritage Site Kumano Sanzan, and is the only local sake brewer between the town of Aritagawa in Wakayama Prefecture and the Ise-Matsusaka area in Mie Prefecture.The brewery produces and sells sake using water from the Kumano River, a World Heritage Site, which flows to the north of the brewery, and water from the source of Nachi Falls, as well as plum wine using Nanko plums from Tanabe City,
Wakayama Prefecture and local Kishu bincho charcoal in the brewing process.Sake Pacific, authentic rice shochu Kumano Suigun, plum wine Binchotan no Shirabe, etc..
