Since its founding in 1926 (Taisho 15), Ozawa Sake Brewery has embraced the alternate name for Hachioji, Souto or Kuwa no Miyako, as its sake brand. With an unwavering commitment to quality, we have faithfully followed the traditional path of Japanese sake.
While preserving the traditions of sake, nurtured alongside Japanese culinary culture, we continually strive to craft flavors that suit modern tastes.
