Our brewery is located in Mima Town, Tokushima Prefecture, a region blessed with abundant natural beauty and pristine water, including the renowned Mt. Tsurugi, Shikoku’s largest river Yoshino, and one of Japan’s clearest streams, the Anabuki River. Established in 1896 in the historically rich area of Kirai, which dates back to the Kamakura period, our brewery carries on the craftsmanship of the traditional Awa Toji brewers.
Led by the skillful Awa Toji, who inherit these time-honored techniques, we use only locally sourced rice and are committed to brewing junmai sake with meticulous, traditional methods. As a brewery that exclusively produces sake from rice and rice malt, we continue to strive for excellence. From the land of joy, we deliver a cup of joy.
