A sake brewery established in 1842 and located in Nikko, a city famous for its World Heritage Site.We are carefully brewed with Nikko's famous water and harsh winter cold. The brewery places particular emphasis on junmai, with 90% of its production being junmai sake.
In recent years, the brewery has been focusing on sake made with rice grown under contract with local farmers, and is making sake that is full of the charms of the region.
Tours are available between 9:00-11:30 and 13:00-16:30 by appointment for a minimum of two people.
The basic tour is free of charge, but for an English-speaking guide, the fee will be 500 yen per person.
Tastings are always available to try several varieties with no reservation required.
