Based on the belief of "living the sake of the earth", we make the sake "Soumahomare", which is popular as the local sake of Tochigi.
It uses underground water from the Kinugawa River system to brew soft and puffy sake.Using water from the Kinugawa River subsoil, we brew a soft, full-bodied sake.
Tours and tastings are not available.
There is a small store (open weekdays 8:00-17:00) in the brewery that sells recommended products.
