Iwata City sake brewery founded in 1902.
We are brewing the only brewery in the prefecture that uses subsoil water from the Tenryu River to produce Echigo style sake.
In addition to sake, the brewery produces whiskey, shochu (Class A and Class B), liqueurs, fruit wine, and seasoning liquids.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
