Haginishiki Shuzou is a brewery located near the sea in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Founded in 1876, it is best known for its flagship brand, Haginishiki.
The brewery's sake is crafted using abundant soft groundwater that naturally springs up within the brewery. This water gives Haginishiki sake a gentle, smooth character with a soft flavor profile. Designed with food pairing in mind, the sake is subtly aromatic, enhancing the unique qualities of the dishes it accompanies.
Carefully brewed in small quantities with Shizuoka's renowned natural water, these sakes are perfect for enjoying alongside a meal.
