"Sake Brewed with Mt. Fuji" – Takasago
Our brewery was established in 1830 (Tenpo 1) by Shokichi Yamanaka, located on the west side of Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha Shrine. Since then, we have continued brewing sake without interruption, using the spring water from Mt. Fuji, naturally filtered over a century, combined with the traditional techniques of Noto brewers.
Sake brewed with the soft spring water of Mt. Fuji is known for its gentle, smooth mouthfeel and rich umami flavor.
