Introduction

Founded in 1866, our brewery is known as "the closest sake brewery to Mt. Fuji."

Located in Asagiri Kogen at an elevation of 900 meters in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, we craft our sake using the pure spring water of Mt. Fuji. We produce a variety of sake, including junmai and junmai daiginjo. One of our highlights is a junmai daiginjo made with Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 40% and fermented at low temperatures.

Our sake, crafted with traditional techniques and the passion of a young brewmaster, offers a delicate, fruity aroma and a smooth, refined taste.
