Founded in 1888.Shimane Prefecture is said to be the "birthplace of sake".Misumi Town, where the Misumi River flows into the Yaune Mountains of the Chugoku Mountains, has long been known as "the village of clear water" because of its scenic beauty.Rice cultivation is also flourishing in the area, and some of the sake rice used for sake brewing is grown under contract.
We brew a variety of different types of sake, aiming for a flavorful yet sharpness in taste.
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
