Fuji Shuzo brews sake "Izumo Fuji" in Izumo, the birthplace of Japan sake, with traditional handmade with take care.The name Izumo Fuji was given to the desire to make the best sake in Japan that is loved like Mt. Fuji in the land of Izumo.
The fermentation mash that has been fermented slowly and carefully at a low temperature is gently and slowly squeezed in an old-fashioned wooden tank.Izumo Fuji, which is brewed with no effort and time in this way, is finished in a sake with a unique pure and honest taste that lies beyond harmony, and connects people and food with a good relationship.
