Founded in 1917.Our brewery is located in Mizuguchi, which flourished as an inn town on the 53rd leg of the Tokaido Highway. We have carefully inherited the traditional yamahai starter culture, and we are making sake brewing by making the most of the "umami" of rice in the traditional way.
We hope to be a good companion in your life, with the wish of "a beautiful life and a rich character for many years to come" in our sake name.
