The Shichida family, originally engaged in watermill operations, milling, and noodle production, began sake brewing. Since then, for six generations, they have pursued quality in their sake-making with dedication and care.
The brewery crafts its sake using medium-hard spring water that flows from the majestic Mt. Tenzan, a prominent peak in Kyushu.
