Introduction

At Mitsutake Shuzoujou, we uphold the philosophy that “crafting sake means cultivating people.” Guided by the motto “innovation within tradition,” we strive to adapt to the times while preserving the time-honored traditions of sake-making. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of each product through unwavering effort.

For many years, we have focused on the production of sake and shochu. Moving forward, we aim to expand into the manufacturing of fermented foods alongside our core products.
