We brew sake in the Gomachida district of Ureshino City, which is located in the southwestern part of Saga Prefecture. Founded in 1922, we are making Japan sake for more than 100 years. The representative brand is "Azumaichi", with the hope of aiming to be the best sake in the East. Since 1988, we have been cultivating sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" in-house in the vicinity of the brewery, and we carefully grow it at a cultivation association centered on brewers and farmers, and we are making sake with a focus on Yamada Nishiki.
The philosophy is "people, rice, and work together to brew good sake", and the sake quality we aim for is "food that harmonizes the balance of the five flavors and sake that is close to the heart".
Brewery tours and tastings are not available.
