Founded in 1921, Izumisano City's only sake brewery is located in Hinenoso, a Japanese Heritage certified area on the other side of Kansai Airport, where the rich natural landscapeFounded in 1921, this is the only sake brewery in Izumisano City, located in the culturally rich, Japan Heritage-designated area of Hine-no-sho, near Kansai Airport and surrounded by traditional, scenic landscapes.
With a dedication to “quality over quantity,” our team of five employees handles every stage of production by hand, honoring traditional methods. This commitment has been recognized with numerous awards, including gold and merit prizes at the Annual Japan Sake Awards and the Seishu Appraisal Awards.
Our brewery’s direct sales shop, open all day, offers sake for purchase and tasting. Additionally, our Kuramoto Cafe, open on weekends and holidays, serves lunches, sweets, and drinks featuring ingredients unique to our brewery. of olden times is still preserved.The brewery has a direct sales shop and ”Kura Moto Cafe”, and also offers tours of the brewery and an official online store.
