Founded in 1548. We have been brewing sake at Niigata Nagaoka Settaya for many years. The brewing water "Tenka Ganro-sen", which is composed of melted snow water from the Higashiyama mountain range and subsoil water from the Shinano River, is pumped from the premises and used, and brewed with traditional techniques, using only rice produced in Niigata Prefecture.
There is a "Sake Museum Jogura (brewery)" on the premises.
Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (last order at the bar: 4:00 p.m.)
Closed: Tuesdays, Year-end and New Year holidays
