Since 2009, we have been producing shochu on Fukue Island in the Goto Islands of Nagasaki Prefecture.
"Goto barley", a barley shochu made with all the Nijo barley of the Goto Islands, and "Goto Imo", a sweet potato shochu prepared with sweet potatoes with a strong sweetness from the island, are representative brands.
You can enjoy shochu tasting at the store attached to the factory.
Open weekdays 9:00-17:00, weekends and holidays 10:00-15:00.
(except for the year-end and New Year holidays).
