Tanakaya Shuzouten

In the northernmost part of Nagano Prefecture, in a heavy snowfall area called Okushinano, Based on the idea of "making something that can only be made here", we are particular about the water of the land and the rice of the land, and together with the chief sake maker and brewers who live in this area, we continue to make "local sake" packed with the climate.The basis of our sake brewing is to constantly improve and evolve while following tradition and making good sake as a matter of course. We hope that there will be a smile on the faces of those who drink "Mizuo" in the future, and we are sincerely facing sake brewing.
