In 1866, our company was founded in the Takatoo-chou, which is famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms.Inadani is surrounded by the Southern and Central Alps, making it an ideal environment for sake brewing. We use melted snow water from the Southern Alps, and this mineral-rich water influences the quality and taste of our sake.Sake that evokes the bounty of local nature is produced through the fusion of carefully selected ingredients and techniques, and is characterized by the depth of its flavor.By taking advantage of the beautiful natural environment of the region and combining tradition and technology, we aim to contribute to the region and sake culture through our passion for sake brewing.
We do not accept tours or tastings for the general public, but you are welcome to visit the brewery's directly operated store. The store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
