Founded in 1855 (Ansei 2) during the late Edo period, our brewery operates with the motto, "Everyday sake should be of the highest quality." We strive to redefine Japanese sake by leveraging the natural environment and climate of the Saku region, including innovative techniques such as frozen rice brewing.
In addition to sake, we are also deeply committed to shochu production, which is cherished primarily by local restaurants. Our limited-edition products, such as amazake and sake lees, have also gained enduring popularity among customers.
Brewery tours require advance notice and scheduling adjustments.
