Sake is a product of nature and helps to keep health and enriched life through brewing rooted in the community, since 1696 over than 300yeras. To achieve our corporate philosophy, we have kept these important essence, not only had consistentency but also taken in new things and had harmonious relationship with the nature, community and people and kept challenge spirit. We believe all these elements keep us bringing great improvement.
Under the leadership of the 19th generation CEO Tyler IDE, the brewery has been making daily efforts to become a brewery that can introduce Japanese sake culture to the world.
