Introduction

Hokuan Jouzou has a 100-year history of sake-making in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, at the foot of the majestic Northern Alps. Blessed with pure and abundant water sources, we focus on using locally grown sake rice and craft our local sake, Hokuandaikoku, through traditional cold brewing that takes advantage of the harsh winter chill.
