Founded in 1968. The brewery that developed Japan's first soba shochu "Unkai". Centered on Ayakura, located in Ayamachi, Miyazaki Prefecture, which is registered as a UNESCO Eco Park, we make authentic shochu with the flavor of the ingredients at Gokase Brewery, Takaoka Brewery, Kagoshima Izumi Brewery, and other authentic shochu breweries in various places in a rich natural environment with clear air and pure water. Representative brands are "Soba Shochu Unkai", "Kobiki BLUE" and "Iitomo", and Japan sake "Tokiichi", "Hatsumiyo" and "Kikuhatsumiyo".
