It has been more than 130 years since founder Niemon Akashi started making shochu in 1891 in what is now Ebino City, Miyazaki Prefecture. In a natural environment suitable for making shochu surrounded by the Kyushu Mountains and the Kirishima Mountain Range, we are blessed with excellent raw materials and high-quality clear water, and we practice careful preparation using traditional brewing techniques to create "delicious shochu that will make you feel drunk to the core" is manufactured. We manufacture products such as our representative brand "Meigetsu'', "?Naina'', which is limited to our dealers, and "Tsuki no Megami'', a barley shochu stored in oak barrels.
