This sake brewery was newly established in 2021 by food manufacturer Imuraya (Tsu City, Mie Prefecture), which took over the sake production business of Fukui Sake Brewery Co., whic founded in 1900. The brewery is characterized by its terroir-rooted sake brewing, using pure water and high-quality sake rice nurtured in the rich climate of Mie. The brewery is also committed to brewing sake in all four seasons, delivering freshly brewed, delicious sake at any time of the year. The symbol mark is a superposition of "rice (*)," which is the main ingredient of sake, and "I (well)," which is one of the letters in the company names of both companies and means a place where people gather.
Tasting and sales corner of freshly brewed, unpasteurized sake at the directly-managed store (with a sake brewery) in the VISON resort complex in Taki Town, Mie Prefecture.
